About the Role:
As the New Home Consultant, you will form an integral part of our sales and design team leading the front end of the business in capturing new sales and coordinating clients through the design process to contract. You will be a confident communicator with strong leadership skills that plays an active role in the delivery and management through all design and planning stages. This role would suit a sales professional who has knowledge in the new homes process, or someone who is in the construction or design industries. This role is based out of our brand-new Display Home in Kialla and requires some weekend work in the Display Home on a rotating roster.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Meet sales targets for smooth operation of the business
* Meet with clients and welcome them to the Display Home
* Discuss budgets, specifications and provide new home solutions
* Effectively communicate timelines and present designs to clients
* Update and modify designs based on client requirements
* Responsible for coordinating sales and design from concept stage through to full construction documentation within given timeframes
* Liaise with external consultants to ensure a smooth design and building process
* Document information and update the CRM system
* Execute administrative tasks pertinent to your role
* Assist with business development
To apply for this position, you must:
* Have some new home sales experience, or
* Have a background in sales and be willing to upskill your sales knowledge, or
* Have a strong construction background and be willing to upskill your sales knowledge
* Have outstanding written and verbal communication
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Have outstanding computer and smartphone skills
* Be proficient in CRM system usage
