The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for Client employees and visitors. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide comprehensive facility, contract, finance and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement.Achieve financial, compliance and other KPIsDelivery of services in accordance with the AgreementImplement strategies to mitigate risk across the client accountEvaluate service response time and analyse occupants' service request trends and suggestionsEnsure feedback from the client is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end userContinuous improvement in customer satisfactionActively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence across the portfolioWhat you will bring:Proven experience in corporate facilities management in a corporate environmentDedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building client relationshipsHands-on approach to problem solving with capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasksAbility to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced teamTechnical Qualifications and/or trade experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics or fire services.
