Job Title: Contentious Probate and Trusts Solicitor
Location: Norfolk
About the Role:
An esteemed law firm is seeking a skilled solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE to join their growing team. As part of the team's continued growth, they are looking for an individual with experience in advising on private wealth disputes, such as contentious probate and trust-related matters.
The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse and varied caseload of matters including contentious estate and or trust administration, claims under the Inheritance Act, and claims under the Trusts of Land & Appointment of Trustees Act.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting on a full range of issues related to contentious estates and trusts
* Working closely with senior members of the team
* Providing a first-class service to clients
Requirements:
The successful solicitor or legal executive will have at least 4 years PQE in working within a similar role. They will possess a strong willingness to learn and develop together with providing a first-class service to clients.
