The Role Lead BIM strategy and implementation across building services projects Manage and maintain BIM standards, workflows and model coordination processes Oversee multidisciplinary coordination across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services Support engineering teams with Revit modelling standards, templates and best practice Coordinate models with architects, structural engineers and contractors Manage federated models, clash detection and design coordination processes Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and Revit modellers Ensure BIM deliverables align with project requirements and client expectations Project Exposure Work across a diverse range of developments including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, aviation and infrastructure projects, supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering coordinated building services designs.
