Offer description

Caregivers are at the heart of what we do. If you are a kind, caring, and compassionate individual passionate about "Making Lives Better," Nurse Next Door has the perfect opportunity for you

Nurse Next Door Rockhampton is a certified Great Place to Work. We are a locally-owned team on a mission to deliver premium in-home care to the aged care and disability sector. We don't just provide a service; we believe in Happier Ageing—enabling our community members to live fulfilling lives at home, doing what they love to do.

The Nurse Next Door Difference

* Vehicle Allowance: Receive 99 cents per KM for all travel while transporting clients.
* Nurse-Led Support: You are never alone. Our clinical team, led by Registered Nurses, is available to support you in the field.
* Truly Flexible Hours: We match you with clients based on your availability. We have regular shifts available from 6:00 AM to active overnights or sleepovers.
* A 'Perfect Match' Philosophy: We work hard to pair you with clients that match your personality and interests, leading to genuine relationships.
* Paid 'Meet & Greets': We personally introduce you to every client before your first shift—you will never be sent in "blind."
* Leading Rewards Program: We ensure you are recognized and rewarded for the incredible work you do.
