The Financial Services Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Superannuation & Government clients in relation to Asset Servicing and Fund Administration.
You will respond to client inquiries and coordinate client activity, identifying solutions to support clients with their strategic objectives.
* Manage administrative and relationship needs of Superannuation, Sovereign and Government clients
* Respond to inquiries from clients and coordinate client activity
* Act as a key consultant to clients, assisting in formulation of best practices and redesign of processes
* Ensure overall client satisfaction by facilitating efforts of the service team
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business and operating model, strategic objectives, goals, and market challenges
* Assist Relationship Managers in advising clients on emerging issues and products/services
* Participate in development of solutions to client needs and coordinate presentations
About You:
* In-depth knowledge of Asset Servicing and/or Fund Administration
* Negotiation, problem-solving, and client servicing skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and client service focus
