About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the team on a 10-month contract. You will provide end-to-end recruitment expertise across technology and IT roles, ensuring an efficient, equitable, and streamlined process from sourcing through to offer stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, screening, interviews, technical assessments, reference checks, and offers
* Prepare job offers and related documentation in line with job specifications
* Coach team members on advanced sourcing techniques and best practices
* Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment advice
* Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and ensure a positive candidate experience
* Contribute to special projects as required
* Salary: dependant on experience $70 - $85 per hour
* Hybrid Role - 2 days WFH
About You:
* Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced internal and/or agency environment
* Strong background or exposure to IT/Technology recruitment (highly advantageous)
* Proficient in Workday (essential)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering Results
