Visit us at www.accenture.com Overview Oversee and coordinate the delivery of AI-first and full-stack solutions, ensuring successful adoption of Generative AI, AI Ops, and automation across client engagements. Act as the bridge between delivery teams and leadership, driving execution excellence while mentoring mid-level consultants. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of AI-first programs, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are achieved. Coordinate across teams (AI engineers, full-stack developers, data engineers) to deliver integrated solutions. Support client workshops and translate requirements into structured delivery plans. Provide oversight of technical build activities while ensuring governance, quality assurance, and best practices. Mentor junior managers, consultants, and analysts in AI delivery practices. Skills & Qualifications 4–9 years in software engineering, full-stack development, or AI/ML delivery. Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (Python, Java, .NET, React, Angular, API development). Experience with AI Ops, Data Ops, ML pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio). Strong problem-solving, technical delivery, and cross-team collaboration skills.
