Chandler Macleod is seeking a Forklift Operator to join the Baiada team at Beresfield.

About the role
The successful applicant will need to be motivated and not afraid of a challenge. The role involves working in an environment that can be smelly and loud, working around raw poultry products and completing manual handling tasks throughout the shift. The successful applicant will be required to load and unload trailers & tubs using the forklifts, moving trailers around onsite and allocating products to correct trucks.
The tasks include:
* Operate and monitor rendering equipment to process chicken offcuts and by-products safely and efficiently
* Handle raw poultry offcuts and other poultry waste materials, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to meet food safety regulations
About you
As a Forklift Operator in the rendering section, you will:
* Be comfortable working in an environment exposed to raw products, including offcuts
* Have your own car and a valid driver's license
* Hold a valid forklift license
