Position: Qualified Butcher - Permanent Full-Time

Salary: 30.35 + overtime + weekend penalty rates

Essential Requirements:
- Certificate III in Meat Processing (Mandatory)
- Proven butchery expertise with exceptional knife skills
- Physical fitness (lifting 10-35kg, cold room work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, bone, slice & process premium meats (beef, lamb, pork, poultry)
- Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety protocols
- Operate professional equipment (bandsaws, mincers, slicers)
- Manage stock, ordering, and meat displays
- Provide expert customer service and meat preparation advice
- Work in fast-paced supermarket meat department
