We currently have an opportunity for Maintenance Officers with a background in trades to join our workforce and play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant and well‐presented Land Lease Communities across Stockland's national portfolio, with multiple positions available to support various sites across the state.
What You'll Do
* Act as the first point of contact for onsite maintenance and minor repairs
* Conduct routine site inspections, hazard identification and risk mitigation
* Coordinate contractors, deliveries, supplies and consumables
* Perform general maintenance, cleaning and pool testing activities
* Respond to incidents, emergencies and after‐hours maintenance needs
What You'll Bring
* Experience in trades, general maintenance and repair work (qualifications will be well received)
* Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and Zero Harm principles
* Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor service delivery performance
* Current Driver's Licence, White Card and Police Check
* Strong communication skills with a customer‐focused mindset
