About the Role
As a Care Services Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of care workers in delivering safe and consistent home care services.
This includes workforce planning, team development, onboarding, and mentoring new staff to ensure compliance with policies and care standards.
You will also facilitate team meetings, staff development, and on-the-job mentoring to promote a positive and high-performing team environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day leadership and acting as a positive role model
* SUPPORTING recruitment, retention, and training of team members
* Coordinating and monitoring staff rosters and leave to maintain service delivery
* FACILITATING team meetings, staff development, and on-the-job mentoring
* Ensuring practices align with organizational policies, guidelines, and code of conduct
* PROMOTING a safe working environment through safety audits and risk assessments
