The Opportunity – Project Manager (Lismore & Northern Rivers, NSW)
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join Stowe’s construction team, delivering electrical and communications projects across the Lismore and Northern Rivers region.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role suits a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving strong project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical and communications construction projectsEstablish and manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reportingPlan, coordinate, and resource work to meet programme and contractual requirementsLead site teams, including forepersons, leading hands, apprentices, and subcontractorsNegotiate, assess, and finalise variations and progress claimsMaintain strong client, consultant, and supplier relationshipsEnsure full compliance with Stowe and client HSEQ systems, plans, and proceduresOversee quality management plans, ITPs, inspections, and commissioningCoordinate procurement, subcontractor engagement, and supplier performanceMonitor and manage risk, safety, and performance outcomes across projects
What You’ll Bring
You are a driven and organised Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead teams in a live construction environment.
You Will Have
Current Electrical Licence and/or Trade Qualified Electrician (essential)Qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)Proven experience delivering commercial electrical or fit-out projectsStrong financial, contractual, and production control skillsAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong planning, prioritisation, and organisational abilitiesA proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWillingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-performing team
