Job Overview
We are seeking a Tenement Administration Officer to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support and client services, as well as processing applications promptly within designated timeframes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and clerical support, serving as the initial point of contact for clients, and managing email inquiries and incoming physical mail.
They will also maintain document and records management systems, support data entry and maintenance of information databases, and provide tenement administration services to clients and industry.
Additionally, they will process payments for MRT services and products, facilitate quarterly distribution of production and expenditure returns, and assist with the issuance of Prospecting Licenses and related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team, including preparation and quality assurance of documentation such as Ministerial Minutes, Briefing Notes, and lease and license documents.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, providing relevant information and directing complex inquiries to the appropriate officer or manager.
• Manage email inquiries and incoming physical mail, ensuring proper document control, record keeping, and timely responses and follow-up.
• Maintain document and records management systems in accordance with established guidelines.
• Support data entry and maintenance of information databases, including the Mining Register.
• Provide tenement administration services to clients and industry.
• Process payments for MRT services and products, supporting the Finance Officer and Team Manager as needed.
• Facilitate quarterly distribution of production and expenditure returns, ensuring accurate recording in relevant systems.
• Assist with the issuance of Prospecting Licenses and handle related inquiries.
