Role Description
This is a full-time or Part-Time on-site role for a Regional Property Manager located in Bundaberg, QLD. The Regional Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple residential or Commercial properties. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing property management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and property values.
Qualifications
Property Management, Real Estate Management, Lease Administration skills
Experience in tenant relations and customer service
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
Financial management, budgeting, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
Experience in residential property management is a plus
Certificate in Real Estate
