IT Support Officer – Technology All-Rounder

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day
You'll be involved in a wide spread of internal IT support tasks, such as:
* Responding to user requests and resolving issues across hardware, applications and access
* Troubleshooting via phone, remote tools, or face-to-face
* Managing incoming tickets and keeping accurate updates
* Preparing and maintaining devices, peripherals and network equipment
* Supporting collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint
* Assisting with system administration, cyber‑awareness and network reliability
* Coordinating new starter setups and exit processes
* Keeping track of equipment, repairs and supplier interactions
* Ensuring meeting room tech is ready and functioning
* Contributing ideas to improve how IT services operate
Who Will Thrive in This Role
* Has around years' experience in IT support
* Is comfortable working with ticketing/helpdesk systems
* Knows their way around Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
* Has some exposure to servers or firewalls (not essential, but great to have)
* Communicates clearly and works well without constant supervision
* Takes initiative, enjoys learning and has strong attention to detail
* Can travel when required and holds a current driver's licence
* Brings a positive and customer‑focused approach to their work
