**Job Description:**
The Senior Network Support Engineer is a critical role that involves providing level 3 and advanced technical support at customer premises during business hours. The successful candidate will have a strong background in networking and security products, with extensive experience in Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless, Firewalls, and network security.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide daily network operational support within the scope of managed support services contracts, maintaining network operability under SLA expectations using the ITIL framework for incident, change, and problem management.
* To participate in network on-call rosters and work onsite at customer premises during business hours.
* To plan and roll out customer data networks by collaborating closely with project management teams when required.
* To collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver technical support for maintenance contracts or T&M rates by arranging field service personnel as needed.
* To perform limited technical consulting including scoping effort for data networking and security products within our portfolio.
