Gaming Attendant | Mornington
We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Steeples in Mornington. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse. Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, a designated kids play area and an alfresco deck; there are dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive up-to-date menu with daily specials, Steeples caters to both children and adults alike.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
The role may be quite quick-paced and require you to lift boxes, kegs or stock, stand for long periods of time, and use stairs.
Qualifications
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Customer service skills.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
