Contractor – Occupational Rehabilitation
Location: Mackay, Queensland (Work from home; face‐to‐face assessments available). Valid QLD driver's licence required.
Hourly rate: $125+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver occupational rehabilitation services for high‐impact schemes including WCQ, DVA, DVA WASP, Comcare and ORAMS.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
* Provide case management and return‐to‐work support, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals and stakeholders.
* Manage caseload independently, maintaining accurate documentation and complying with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in physiotherapy, occupational therapy or exercise physiology.
* Minimum of one year experience in occupational rehabilitation.
* At least one year experience managing complex physical and psychological cases.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
