B2C E-commerce Manager, Travel & AssistanceWhat you doThis is a 12-month contract for maternity cover. Reporting to the Head of B2C Australia, as B2C E-commerce Manager for Travel and Assistance, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within the Travel and Assistance product lines. Your responsibilities will include:Developing local plans for acquisition and retention digital marketing programs (paid and organic search, display, email) aligned with the global B2C marketing strategy to meet revenue goals.Managing the marketing budget and allocating spend across digital media channels to optimize results and meet acquisition and cost-per-sale targets.Setting campaign goals and objectives.Partnering with internal and external agencies for media planning, buying, and campaign optimization.Monitoring, tracking, and reporting program performance metrics to stakeholders, with recommendations for improvement.Establishing the content calendar and overseeing content development and publishing to enhance organic search and AI rankings.Championing the website customer experience by monitoring performance and collaborating with the Digital Product team on enhancements to improve conversion rates.Monitoring competitor activity to ensure market positioning.Conducting periodic deep-dive reviews of programs and presenting findings to key stakeholders such as SLT.Working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Acting as the primary contact with the Allianz Direct business unit.Conducting quarterly reviews of product, pricing, marketing, and operations with Allianz Direct.Reporting regularly on performance and KPIs.Managing the day-to-day operations of the Direct Travel and Assistance marketing team.Attending relevant training and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.What you bring7+ years of e-commerce D2C experience with a focus on digital marketing.Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.Team player with strong cross-functional skills.Autonomous, self-motivated, and result-oriented.Creative, metrics, and analytics-driven with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.Experience managing external media and creative agencies to deliver effective campaigns.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.What we offerWe value our employees' uniqueness and support their personal and professional development through various courses and programs.
