We're looking for a senior, integrated marketer to lead global product launches, brand campaigns, and key seasonal moments at Archies.
As Marketing Manager, you will sit at the centre of our marketing ecosystem — translating business and brand strategy into clear, compelling campaign narratives and ensuring those ideas are executed cohesively across advertising, digital, retail, PR, partnerships, and media.
This is not a channel-specific role. It's a senior campaign ownership role for someone who understands how brand positioning, customer insight, messaging, creative, and media integrate to drive measurable brand and commercial impact — and who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and delivering execution.
You'll partner closely with our Head of Brand and channel leads, working cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life — while directly owning the planning and execution of advertising across OOH, paid media, audio, and other brand-led formats.
What You\'ll Do
* Lead the strategy and delivery of global product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal marketing moments — from initial brief through to launch and post-campaign review.
* Develop clear campaign narratives, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that translate effectively across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
* Orchestrate integrated omnichannel campaigns across eComm, Paid Media, Organic Social, CRM, PR, Trade Marketing, Retail, and Partnerships — ensuring alignment around a unified campaign vision and calendar.
* Own the planning and execution of campaign advertising, including buying and managing OOH and other brand media formats, ensuring creative and media work together to maximise impact.
* Analyse customer behaviour, market context, and performance insights to inform campaign decisions, optimise in-flight activity, and continuously elevate future launches.
What You\'ll Bring
* 8+ years' experience in marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles, with a proven track record of delivering brand and product campaigns that drive measurable commercial impact.
* Strong brand marketing fundamentals — including positioning, audience insight, message hierarchy, storytelling, and full-funnel campaign thinking.
* Demonstrated experience planning and buying OOH media, with hands-on understanding of format selection, negotiation, and integration within a broader channel mix.
* High creative and copywriting literacy, with the ability to shape messaging, evaluate creative work, and ensure consistency across channels without being the primary executor.
* Deep understanding of marketing channels and platform differences, and how creative and messaging should adapt across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
* Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management capability, with the confidence to lead cross-functional campaigns, manage budgets and influence without direct authority.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led, entrepreneurial environment — comfortable with pace, accountability, evolving priorities, and high standards.
