An ASX-listed construction company, our client is currently experiencing project growth and as a result is seeking to strengthen its finance function with this new contracting hire.
Description
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the key scope of this role will include:
* Helping Duratec meet its statutory and management accounting requirements.
* Weekly cashflow forecasting.
* Producing monthly management accounts and forecast reports.
* Posting monthly consolidation journals.
* Analysis of monthly overhead reports.
* Preparation of audit files and statutory accounts.
* Adhere with all internal controls.
* Monthly preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
Profile
The successful applicant will possess the following skillsets:
* CA/CPA Qualified (or working towards).
* Ability to commence a new role in January 2026.
* Prior experience working in a projects-based environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
