What you bring
* Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field
* Curious, hands‐on problem solver with a can‐do attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working across multidisciplinary teams (operations, safety, maintenance, quality)
* Passion for learning and applying new technologies and processes
* Familiarity with process safety concepts and regulatory compliance is a plus
What you will do
* Design, model, and optimize chemical and process systems (flowsheets, mass/energy balances, reactors, separators, heat exchangers)
* Lead or support process simulations, steady‐state and dynamic analyses, and design reviews
* Develop and execute piloting, scale‐up, and commissioning activities; troubleshoot issues in operation
* Conduct process hazard analyses (PHA), risk assessments, and safety compliance activities
* Collaborate with operations, production, maintenance, QA, and project teams to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient processes
* Prepare clear reports, technical documentation, and change control records
* Support capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (yield, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and cost optimization)
