Overview
We're partnering with a leading funds management firm to recruit a Client Services Executive to deliver an exceptional client experience across Private Credit, Real Estate Credit, Direct Real Estate and Hospitality (listed and unlisted). This is a great opportunity for a client-focused self-starter who enjoys owning the client journey, working closely with advisers and internal stakeholders, and playing a key role in unit registry and fund operations.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end client experience for advisers, retail, HNW and institutional clients, while managing the relationship with the external unit registry and supporting fund activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management
o End-to-end client onboarding (adviser network & direct investors)
o Responding to client and adviser enquiries via phone and email
o Liaising with investment teams on product and investment queries
o Owning client communications and collateral
o Partnering with CRM, Distribution and Registry teams to maintain accurate client data
o Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience
o Managing client complaints and ensuring SLAs are met
* Unit Registry Management
o Day-to-day relationship management of the external unit registry
o Overseeing applications, distributions, redemptions, switches and reporting
o Ensuring operating standards, accuracy and deadlines are consistently met
* Fundraising & Fund Support
o Supporting monthly fund intakes
o Managing significant fund raises to tight timeframes
o Supporting corporate actions (AGMs, EGMs, fund wind-ups)
o Ensuring accuracy of real-time reporting (Tableau) to support fundraising activity
* Operations & Projects
o Documenting and maintaining internal procedures
o Project managing operational and system changes with the registry and internal teams
About You
* Experience working with retail clients and advisers (essential)
* Experience in Client Services within Funds Management or Financial Services
* Unit registry experience highly desirable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident, proactive and client-focused
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce highly regarded
* Knowledge of listed and/or unlisted funds desirable
