This critical 90-day engagement requires a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the complex replatforming of the client's legacy document and case management systems.
You will guide technical teams through the migration from Case Manager to Business Automation Workflow (BAW) within the modern Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) environment.
This role requires deep, hands-on expertise to ensure a seamless, secure, and stable transition to the modern automation platform.
Key Responsibilities Replatforming Environment Build: Lead the rebuild of legacy Case Manager and Content Platform Engine (CPE) across multiple environments (up to six).
Customization Migration: Migrate or meticulously refactor customized Case Manager plugins, extensions, and custom applications for the new BAW environment.
Architecture Best Practices: Apply security, stability, and performance best practices across the new solution build.
Testing Deployment: Provide deep functional and technical support throughout validation, testing, and deployment phases.
Cutover Go-Live: Provide critical support during final migration and cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition from the legacy platform to BAW.
Knowledge Transfer: Create comprehensive technical documentation and mentor client teams to uplift internal capability on the new BAW/CP4BA platform.
Essential Expertise (Mandatory Requirements) To be considered, you must bring deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the following platforms: Case Manager Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Content Platform Engine (CPE) Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) Business Automation Insights (BAI) Experience: Minimum 5 years experience across Case Manager and Business Automation Workflow.
Clearance: Must hold a Current AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline Minimum).
