Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day.Sodexo is seeking a Training Manager 2 or UH Cleveland Medical Center located in Cleveland, OH.This position will operate primarily on a Monday - Friday first shift, though may report for evenings and/or weekends as needed.The right candidate will design, implement and oversee the frontline and manager training specifically tailored to the Environmental Services / Custodial Department. In this role, among other duties, the System Training Manager will select training topics, design syllabi, conduct new hire orientation, track and monitor training compliance, and support sites with training campaigns, and programs.What You'll DoOnboard new employeesLead department orientation for environmental servicesConduct initial safety trainingComplete monthly Sodexo Safety TrainingAdminister safety auditsEvaluate the patient experience program to improve patient satisfaction scoresFacilitate courses and workshops to increase awareness and grow the skills of othersAssist in the development of training strategyIdentify and implement new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, cost-savings, and improved patient satisfaction scoresDevelop learning strategies and plans with business unit leaders based upon deficiencies identified in a needs assessmentWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
