Test Management Position Summary
The successful candidate will lead and manage testing activities for complex projects, focusing on the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, and schedules that meet stringent security standards.
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead end-to-end test management for large-scale systems and applications.
* Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines.
* Coordinate system integration, UAT, and performance testing activities.
* Manage test teams, providing direction, mentoring, and quality assurance.
* Ensure all testing complies with secure development and deployment standards.
* Monitor, track, and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with security, DevOps, and engineering teams to align test automation and CI/CD pipelines with secure delivery practices.
