Senior Organisational Change Lead
About the role
The Senior Organisational Change Lead is responsible for collaborating with Program/Project Managers, Change Partners and other Business Unit Managers to orchestrate and execute comprehensive change programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and assess the program/project change impacts and designs the change interventions and activities required to address the change
• Provide specialist change expertise and leadership to deliver successful program and project outcomes and to realise organisational benefits aligned to strategic outcomes
• Address Change Partner requests and collaborate with internal service providers to deliver change activities and address change impacts
• Facilitate the delivery of change programs aimed at uplifting capability at all levels of the business
• Support senior-level decision making by ensuring timely recording, reporting and communication of change program progress, impacts, activities and risks
• Ensures the team is informed about the current status of change initiatives transparently.
• Acts as a point of escalation for change analysts involved in change initiatives.
• Use and provide feedback on the ECO change framework, methods, approaches, procedures and tools to deliver a consistent change experience across the City
We're looking for people who have:
• Bachelor Degree of Organisational Leadership or Bachelor of Business with Management and Change Major or/and equivalent Change Management knowledge and experience.
• Change Management expertise
Highly regarded:
• PROSCI Change Management Certification
• APMG Change Management Practitioner
• Lean Six Sigma
• Diploma of Coaching
• Agile Certified Change Manager Practitioner
• Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SAFe)
