Role Summary


This is a leadership position within our company, responsible for managing the daily operations of a branch office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and customer service functions, as well as supervising a team of staff members.

Job Description


The Assistant Branch Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability through effective management of the branch office. Key responsibilities will include:



* Sales Management: Responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the sales team to achieve results.

* Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Team Supervision: Supervise and coach a team of staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.

* Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels, reducing waste and minimizing the risk of stockouts.

* Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch office, including managing budgets, forecasting sales, and identifying areas for improvement.




Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:



* Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the commercial truck and trailer industry.

* Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

* Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory levels and ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels.

* Team Supervision: Ability to supervise and coach a team of staff members to achieve results.
