About the Role
The Facilities Manager provides strategic, cultural, and operational leadership for Eraring Power Station's site services, facilities, and property portfolio. The role leads a team to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient operations aligned with Origin's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all site services and coordination activities for internal teams and contractors.
* Develop & implement maintenance and reliability strategies for facilities services.
* Oversee site security and maintain relationships with emergency services and government agencies.
* Manage the property portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement in asset performance, safety, and environmental outcomes.
