We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce environment, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day administration, support users, and contribute to ongoing improvements and integrations. While the role is primarily administration-focused, exposure to development (e.g., APEX) will be highly regarded, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their Salesforce expertise. What you’ll do Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud. Support and manage Marketing Cloud (administration focus). Assist with user management, security, workflows, and reporting. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve system functionality. Support offshore-to-onshore Salesforce activities and projects. What you’ll bring Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and user support. Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
