Sales Specialist – Interventional Therapy, Oncology/Vascular
Join B. Braun Group as a Sales Specialist in the Interventional Therapy division, supporting oncology and vascular customers across Queensland. Your role drives adoption and growth of high-quality interventional therapy solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs, generate leads, and present product information.
Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans.
Attend cases and provide technical support during surgical procedures.
Facilitate product trials, evaluations and deliver in-service training.
Build effective relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
Audit and maintain consignment stock within hospitals of your territory.
Collaborate with clinicians, nursing staff, allied health professionals, and the marketing team to translate product solutions into real-world impact.
Report sales performance and progress to the Business Development Manager – Interventional Therapy.
Qualifications & Experience
Several years' experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Interventional Radiology Suites, Operating Theatres, or Oncology suites.
Proven track record of sales achievements in a complex, hospital-based sales cycle.
Strong relationship building, communication, and time-management skills.
Customer-focused solution-selling approach and resilience.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and nurses.
Additional Requirements
Full working rights in Australia/NZ.
Valid driver's licence.
Willingness and capacity to travel nationally and internationally.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
