A holiday resort in Burleigh Heads is looking for a friendly and professional all-rounder with experience in reception and reservations.

This casual position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and delivering exceptional guest experiences from the first interaction. They require to be a well presented \"people person\" with an excellent telephone manner and who prides themselves on accuracy and attention to detail in their daily work.
The key responsibilities include:
- Answering phone enquiries and offering assistance to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring all booking enquiries and leads are actioned and maintained in the system.
- Answering guest emails and agent reservation emails
- Managing the reservations system and checking all booking information
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, owners and suppliers
- Dealing professionally with guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
The ideal candidate will:
* Be professional and have a positive attitude
* Have strong time management skills and attention to detail
* Have exceptional customer service skills
* Have confidence in working autonomously
* Availability for weekend and public holiday work is a MUST
* Experience with REI Master/Cloud or another PMS would be an advantage
* Understanding of strata-titled properties would be favourable
* Experience working in a holiday resort environment would be an asset.
