Family Law Partner
(or senior practitioner ready to step up) with at least
8 + years solid post-admission experience
in Family Law to drive growth in their Family Law practice. This is a
rare and strategic leadership role —ideal for a senior lawyer looking to take the reins of a practice and work closely with a high-calibre partnership group in a firm that is expanding rapidly across Australia and embrace doing Family Law in a unique and personal way. The Role: As a Family Law Partner, you will: Lead the family law practice in QLD/Brisbane, with an eye on driving further growth. Help grow a team of Family Lawyers for the firm's QLD presence. Take ownership of client relationships and ongoing strategy for the practice. Leverage your own referral network while collaborating with other partners in areas such as commercial law. Contribute to firm-wide leadership, business development, and innovation initiatives. What You Bring: Admitted to practice law in
QLD. Minimum
8 + years post-admission experience
in Family Law (those with many more years of experience are encouraged to apply). Accredited Specialist in Family Law
(highly regarded, but not essential). Demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage complex client matters. Existing client relationships and/or a portable practice (preferred but not essential). Commercial mindset with the drive to grow a practice within a supportive, multi-disciplinary firm.
