Signage / Graphic Designer & Digital Print Operator
StickerFit brings exceptional quality, experience and passion to the industry, working with a wide range of private and well-known corporate clients, engaging in the design, production and installation of decals and signage across a broad variety of sectors.
We are currently looking for the right Fit to join the team, with the position suited to a Graphic Designer or Sign writer that would like the chance to manage and operate their own print division.
The ideal candidate is someone who has an excellent work ethic and a friendly demeanor while working within a team environment or independently.
This is a hands‑on role from first point of contact, through design, setup, production and final delivery.
An eagerness to learn and contribute is essential, as we are looking to rapidly grow in the years to come.
What does the role entail?
* Communicate with key business stakeholders to plan and grow the StickerFit print division
* Multi-task between designing, printing, and the manufacturing of basic signage
* Operate printers and manage print media and other production related tasks
* Assist in the finishing of labels and other signage (laminating, applying, cutting, packing etc.)
* Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure supply chain needs are met
* Assist in the design of internal marketing and sales collateral
* Be pro‑active in promoting StickerFit and other associated brands
What are we looking for?
* A high degree of proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
* Broad technical skills and knowledge in print and design
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Pro‑active and organised work ethic with excellent communication skills
* Resilience and autonomy under pressure with multiple jobs simultaneously in production
* A team player that is willing to go the extra mile to assist with efficiency and growth
What other skills would be highly favorable?
* Experience and knowledge in the signage industry
* Extensive knowledge and skills with Adobe Creative Cloud software (PS, ID, AE etc.)
* Exceptional Creative Design ability
* Interest or skills in Social Media
