The main objective of this role is to oversee a team on-site and independently manage the delivery of residential roof replacement projects from start to finish.
* Leading and supervising roofing crews on-site to ensure project success
* Managing safety protocols, quality control, and job sequencing for timely completion
* Maintaining alignment with industry standards and company values
* Problem-solving on-site challenges and maintaining workflow
* Effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders
About You
* A valid driver's license and White Card
* Ability to manage project delivery independently with minimal supervision
* Working at Heights and high-risk licenses (desired)
* Leadership or team-supervision experience in the field
* Physical fitness and capability to perform manual roofing tasks
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* A strong understanding of roofing systems, flashings, and installation methods
