Our WFS Staffing Lead are primarily responsible for high volume hiring and delivery of Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement.
Key job responsibilities
• Agency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrity
• Management of Labour Order Fill rate.
• End to end Green Badge pool management. This requires partnership with Operations and delivering the daily fill rates and providing all required information.
• Ability to interpret data and provide business reports
• Partners with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions
• Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Experience with HR processes and systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
