The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the Market Center’s product inventory, purchasing, receiving, warehouse processes, and distribution of products by following standard operational policies and procedures. Manages the warehouse team by coordinating, coaching, and conducting performance management. Achieves financial objectives by managing key metrics, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans for improvement. Ensures prompt, pleasant, and complete service to internal and external contacts needing product or information. Provides safety leadership within the Market Center.
COMPENSATION : The salary range for this position is $68,640 to $72,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound inventories of merchandise, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient storage and utilization.
* Track, reconcile, and order product inventories to manage stock levels and meet client needs.
* Communicate with managers and frontline staff about product availability, delays, or changes affecting client deliveries, and discuss alternatives as needed.
* Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and equipment.
* Supervise warehouse staff responsible for receiving, stocking, rotating, and pulling products, ensuring safety practices are followed.
* Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of warehouse team members.
* Monitor workflow and ensure inventory is prepared for daily routes.
* Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure completion of tasks.

Qualifications
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations.
* Experience managing direct reports, including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
* Driver's license required.
