Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an organized and customer-focused medical receptionist/administrator. You will provide administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet clients in a warm and welcoming manner
* Answer phone calls, convert leads, and assist clients in finding their healthcare needs
* Confirm appointments via Nookal, SMS, and phone calls
* Manage clinician schedules and client appointments
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry into Nookal and scanning documents
* Process payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare, and NDIS)
* Follow up on overdue accounts
* Handle inventory orders
* Conduct end-of-day reconciliations
About You
We are looking for someone with a warm and caring disposition who understands the importance of our clients. Key skills and qualities include:
* Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
* Able to work autonomously and be proactive
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good computer skills
* Experience with Nookal is an advantage, but not essential

* NDIS Worker Screening
