Role
We are looking for casual/relief ELICOS teachers to efficiently plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Academic English lessons to international students whilst meeting administrative obligations. The classes will be delivered from Kaplan Business School Campus based in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide.
Responsibilities
* Efficiently plan and deliver high quality face-to-face Academic English lessons in accordance with class schedules
* Conduct English for Academic Purposes courses spanning a range of levels to international students who will proceed to study further in KBS
* Carrying out administrative functions in a timely and accurate manner
* Addressing individual student needs and concerns both in and outside the classroom as appropriate to educational and KBS guidelines
* Fostering and participating in a team environment and contributing to the effective delivery of quality English language courses offered to international students
Requirements
* Experience in delivering ESL lessons to international students
* CELTA and Bachelor's degree
* Proven experience working with diverse groups of students and colleagues
* Experience in the management and/or delivery of TESOL
* Excellent customer service skills, with a 'student first' attitude
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a dynamic approach to classroom performance
* A commitment to delivering an unforgettable student experience
* Strong technology capabilities, digital literacy
* Highly developed organisation and time management skills
* Energy, enthusiasm, pleasant, friendly and professional manner
