ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a high-performing finance team with a strong pipeline of work in the energy and infrastructure sectors. You will be involved in a broad range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on projects within the renewable energy space. The role offers high levels of client exposure, hands-on responsibility and the chance to work on complex, large-scale domestic and cross-border matters. You will: Advise on project, acquisition and corporate finance transactions Work on financing arrangements for energy and infrastructure projects Support transactions across sectors including renewables, transport, technology and resources Assist with structuring, negotiating and documenting finance arrangements Collaborate with internal and cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional matters Build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing matters ABOUT YOU You will have: At least 5 years' post-admission experience in banking & finance or related practice areas Exposure to finance transactions, with an interest in energy and infrastructure Experience in project or energy finance (beneficial but not essential) Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and develop A proactive and commercially focused approach to legal practice An interest in innovation and emerging trends within the legal and energy sectors
