Details: Do you have a can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, agile team? Then we want to hear from you. Transport Canberra has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Business Officer within Bus Operations.
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and enjoys supporting senior leaders to operate efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Branch Manager, including diary and email management, coordination of meetings, preparation of correspondence and briefs, and oversight of key business functions such as HR and financial administration.
The ideal candidate will bring strong judgement, discretion, and attention to detail, with demonstrated experience managing sensitive and classified information and balancing competing priorities. You will be confident liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, contributing to branch governance activities, and supporting recruitment and business improvement projects across a large operational environment.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
* Relevant experience and/or qualifications in administration and executive support would be an advantage.
* Experience in managing sensitive and classified information while supporting senior executives would be an advantage.
