Community Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Community Operations Manager to lead our community on a day-to-day basis, delivering exceptional experiences for guests and residents.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and resident wellbeing.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
* Manage tenancy paperwork, maintain confidential resident records, and ensure compliance with legislation, lease agreements, and industry standards.
* Promote the community through tours, networking, and events; collaborate with marketing and residents to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
* Uphold WHS standards, conduct daily site audits, manage contractor compliance, and ensure safe use of chemicals and equipment.
* Hold relevant certifications such as First Aid, Food Safety Supervisor, and have a current driver's licence.
* Bring strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams, give constructive feedback, and communicate effectively across all levels.
* Have hands-on experience in property and grounds maintenance, and can confidently respond to emergencies and problem-solve independently.
* Are physically capable of performing manual tasks including cleaning, lifting, gardening, and using site vehicles and equipment safely.
