$89K – $96K Total Remuneration Package (pro-rata)

$79K – $85K Base Salary (pro-rata)

About the Role:

As part of the Digital & Information Services Branch, you'll help deliver data and information management solutions that support Council's operations.


Key responsibilities include:

* Support Council's information management framework, ensuring information, data and records are treated as strategic assets.
* Provide advice and assistance to staff on best‑practice use of eDRMS and other information systems.
* Assist with the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Council's electronic document and records management systems.
* Provide advice on best practice information management.
* Perform data analysis, validation and cleansing to assist with system migrations.
* Help improve systems and tools for managing information assets.


About you:

* Certificate IV in Information or Records Management or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of eDRMS applications (Content Manager or Technology One ECM preferred)
* Experience in data analysis, validation, and cleansing
* Understanding of relevant legislation (Qld Local Government Act, RTI Act, Public Records Act)
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
