proactive and customer-focused AssistU Advisor
to deliver exceptional first-line P&C support to employees and managers. In this fast-paced role, you'll help ensure seamless P&C processes and contribute to improving the employee experience across genU.

What you'll do
Provide timely and accurate support to employees and leaders on policies, systems and general P&C queries
Support employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Educate leaders on P&C self-service functionality and escalate complex issues as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance P&C systems, processes and service delivery
What you'll bring
Previous experience in a customer-focused P&C/HR support role
Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Tertiary qualifications in HR, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience), with experience in SuccessFactors or SAP highly regarded
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
