Reporting to the Workshop Manager your main focus will be administering daily operations and logistics within the workshop environment at our Park Ridge depot.
About the role
* Maintain accurate and up to date electronic records within the company IT systems to meet maintenance regulatory requirements.
* Ensure workshop plant/equipment is maintained in good order.
* Ensure parts requisitions and receipting of goods complies with company guidelines.
* Maintain fuel, oil and other critical operations consumables to agreed minimum/maximum stock levels.
Skills and experience
* Experience in managing admin duties in a heavy vehicle workshop.
* Purchasing/warehouse experience managing stock control and processes is preferred.
* Problem solving skills, attention to detail.
* Well-developed interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
* Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
