Seeking experienced Defendant WorkCover Lawyers (plaintiff or defendant experience considered)
Multiple opportunities - SA/Associate Level

You will be involved in such matters as:
- Dealing with originating motion, damages and statutory benefits litigation;
- Providing written advice and recommendations regarding serious injury;
- Drafting briefs;
- Preparing and advocating mediation in CC and SC proceedings;
- Knowledge of Court Rules;
- Management of own files in relation to Court timetable;
- Time recording and billing;
- Supervision and coaching of Junior Lawyers; and
- Other tasks as directed by Principals;
Your skill set will include:
- Strong drafting skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- Strong communication and relationship building skills;
- Strong Business Development skills; and
- Excellent time management skills
