Job Title: Occupational Therapist for Pediatric Care
About the Role:
The occupational therapist will work with children aged 0-21 in an outpatient setting to help individuals achieve optimum functioning, prevent disability, and maintain health.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for children aged 0-21.
2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
3. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans.
4. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
* Graduate of a reputable Occupational Therapist program.
* Current applicable state license as an Occupational Therapist.
* Current BLS certification.
* One year of experience working in a hospital or outpatient Occupational Therapy department preferred.
