Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our training program and drive growth. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for innovation and learning.
The Thrive Academy provides a pathway for people with disabilities to prepare for employment and once in employment opportunities for career advancement. Our comprehensive training program includes hands-on experience, work placement, and skills-based training to develop participants' skills, experience, and employment networks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of our training program
2. Ensure teams take a holistic approach to individual participant needs
3. Interact with families, NDIA, community partners, LACS, COS, and internal stakeholders
4. Develop training plans and frameworks for individuals with disabilities
5. Assist with financial and operational planning and budgeting
6. Work with management on developing strategies for growth
7. Plan and supervise activities of employees and volunteers
8. Rostering of employees and volunteers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders and participants
* An understanding of the younger cohort (7-15 year olds)
* An excellent working understanding of NDIS including Quality & Safeguard Framework
* Previous experience working with education providers or RTOs
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
