Clerk Grade: 7/8
Salary Range: Salary range $113,574 - $125,720 + Super
Employment Type: Temporary, role starting from Feb 2026 till Sep 2026, with a possibility of extension (multiple positions available)
Location: Parramatta or Sydney - Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

About the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
What you will do
We are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to join an established and high-performing training team driving capability across NSW Government's myWorkZone SAP solution. This role will play a key part in delivering engaging, creative and effective learning experiences to a wide range of end users across multiple onboarding agencies.
You will be instrumental in ensuring staff are confident and capable in using the SAP through the delivery of structured training sessions, development of learning materials, and learning support.
* Deliver high-quality, engaging SAP training sessions (virtual via MS Teams) for end users across various NSW Government agencies.
* Support the rollout and onboarding of agencies to the myWorkZone SAP solution, ensuring alignment with the overall learning and change strategy.
* Collaborate with the SAP Learning Lead and Change Management teams to maintain consistency of messaging, training materials, and user experience.
* Design, develop, and contribute to continuous improvement of training content - Simulations, Quick Reference Guides and eLearning modules.
* Provide post-training support and coaching to ensure effective adoption of the system.
* Gather learner feedback and assist with evaluation of training outcomes to inform future delivery improvements.
* Work closely with stakeholders, Product Team, and functional experts to ensure training content reflects current business processes and system functionality.
About you
You are a highly experienced Systems Trainer who is a team player with a passion for helping people learn and adapt to new systems. You are adept at working in fast paced, complex, multi-agency environments and can tailor your training approach to different audiences and learning styles.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ years' experience across multiple ERP implementations delivering end-user training for SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
* HCM – Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service
* Finance Accounting, Real Estate Management, Asset Management
* Purchasing, Invoice Management, Accounts Payable
* Reporting
* Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or business transformation projects.
* Proficiency in developing high-quality training and learning resources.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proven ability to creatively adapt training delivery to suit diverse audiences and environments.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Desirable:
* Experience working on public sector or government transformation projects.
* Familiarity with myWorkZone or NSW Government digital transformation initiatives.
